Who am I paying? Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns on behalf of Vgo.

Can I get a refund? Yes — a full refund within 30 days of your order, for any reason. See the refund policy.

Can I cancel? Any time, from Plans → Manage billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.

Is tax included? Sales tax and VAT are calculated and shown by Paddle at checkout, based on your country.
