Vgo

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 30 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Vgo ("Vgo", "we", "us"), the provider and seller of the Vgo app and website. By creating an account or continuing to use Vgo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use Vgo

You must be at least 16 years old and, if you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, authorised to bind it. You must give accurate account information, keep it up to date, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

2. What Vgo provides

Vgo is an AI travel planning and travel money tool. It generates suggested itineraries, routes, stays, packing lists, city guides and budget estimates, and lets you track spending and savings.

Vgo is not a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform. We do not sell, reserve or issue flights, accommodation, tickets or insurance, and we are not a party to any booking you make. Prices, availability, schedules and travel requirements shown in Vgo are AI-generated estimates, not quotes. Always confirm fares, availability, visas, entry rules and health requirements directly with the airline, provider or relevant authority before you book or travel.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Vgo unlawfully, or to plan or facilitate unlawful activity;
  • commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent who you are;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — malware, probing, penetration attempts, scraping, automated bulk access or circumventing usage limits;
  • reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its output as a competing product;
  • submit content you do not have the rights to submit.

4. AI-generated content

Itineraries, guides, recipes, cost estimates and packing lists are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are general information, not professional, financial, legal, medical or safety advice. You are responsible for reviewing plans, verifying facts, and for the decisions you make based on them. You are also responsible for the prompts and details you enter, and for having the rights to any content you submit.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the trips, notes and other content you create. You grant Vgo a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store and process that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. We may remove content or restrict access where content breaches these terms or the law, and rights holders can contact us at support@tryvoyagr.app to report infringement; repeat infringers lose access.

6. Our intellectual property

Vgo, its software, design, branding and documentation remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

7. Plans, billing and payment

Backpacking trip planning and the travel wallet are free at every tier. Other AI planning is limited on the free tier and expanded on paid plans, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with access continuing until the end of the period you paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Rewards discounts and free trips are promotional benefits tied to location-verified trips. They have no cash value, are personal to your account, and we may adjust the programme where it is being abused or where verification fails.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Vgo available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and third-party AI, mapping and data providers can be unavailable.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Vgo and delete your account at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends; you can export or delete your trips beforehand, and we handle remaining data as set out in our privacy notice.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, missed travel, lost bookings, lost data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Disputes are handled by the courts of the seller's home jurisdiction, under its governing law, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
